Zbigniew Rogalski is a modern art creator, currently lives and works in Warsaw, Poland. Rogalski practices figurative painting, although he also uses photography and video. He paints in a very modern way - when building his image of reality, he willingly uses the aesthetics of photography, cropped shots or applies interpenetrating layers as in film editing. He does it with absolute sensitivity, leaving room for contemplation, vision and mystery. He paints in a traditional way, with oil paints on canvas. Rogalski is today one of the most "hot" and recognizable names in new Polish art.
